Our composite panel product, which we call Aluface, is designed with aluminum sheet coated with 0.35 mm PVDF / Nano PVDF paint on the outer surface. In addition, the core interfill is supported with 3.30 mm thick low density polyethylene filler and the back surface is completed with 0.35 mm epoxy polyester paint coated aluminum sheet. With a total thickness of 4 mm, Aluface stands out with its lightweight structure and robustness.
Aluface’s PVDF paint coating provides long-term protection against external influences and preserves the aesthetic appearance of the product. Aluboard Panels are produced by laminating the polyethylene material in the middle of two aluminum sheets. The aluminum on the front side is coated with Polyester paint and the back side is painted with epoxy polyester. This special design gives the product excellent protection and a modern look.
